Overview

Responsibilities

• Educate and treat clients, setting clear expectations for treatments
• Document treatments thoroughly in the EMR system
• Follow medical professional’s orders and treatment plans
• Ensure HIPAA compliance
• Maintain infection control standards
• Prepare treatment rooms and restock supplies for the next day
• Perform duties delegated by the Manager, such as ordering supplies
• Maintain a positive, productive, and professional attitude aligned with our core values, the 3Ps
• Support APDerm’s mission and uphold high-quality standards by adhering to policies, procedures, laws, and regulations, including privacy, data protection, and workplace safety
• Complete all required training by the deadline, including the Code of Conduct, Privacy & Data Security, and OSHA training

Qualifications

• Current state Aesthetician license
• Proven sales ability and aesthetic experience
• Ability to stand for 6-8 hours per shift
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
