The role involves performing advanced facials, microneedling, and chemical peels in a calm clinical setting, under a plastic surgeon, with an emphasis on discreet, personalized care. You will build a loyal clientele within an established practice, offer skin consultations, and support growth of the membership program and product sales.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Facial Specialist (Esthetician) license is required.
• Spanish language preferred; bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to explain treatment options without high-pressure sales.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials from our signature menu.
• Perform SkinPen microneedling under physician supervision.
• Perform chemical peels within Florida licensed scope.
• Conduct skin consultations and recommend home-care regimens.
• Grow membership, rebooking, and retail sales.
