Job summary

My Spa Studio in South Florida seeks a dermatologist to lead aesthetic consultations and oversee treatments across two locations, Coral Gables and Pembroke Pines.

This part-time role offers flexibility with a defined path to full-time, competitive compensation with incentives, and a supportive team handling marketing and administration.

You will perform injectables, lasers, microneedling, peels, and body contouring, while providing clinical oversight and brand representation.

Qualifications

• MD/DO board-certified or board-eligible in dermatology.
• Active, unrestricted Florida medical license and DEA.
• Hands-on experience across the full aesthetic menu.
• Strong communicator capable of building trust with patients.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

Be the Face of Two South Florida Med Spa locations

We're two growing aesthetic med spas — one in Coral Gables, one in Pembroke Pines — looking for a dermatologist who wants to be more than a signature on a chart.

This is a visible, patient-facing role for someone who genuinely loves aesthetics and can make a consultation feel like the start of something exciting.

What you'll do

• Lead consultations and build treatment plans patients are genuinely excited about
• Perform and oversee injectables (neurotoxins, fillers), lasers, RF microneedling, chemical peels, body contouring, and skin rejuvenation
• Serve as clinical lead and medical oversight for our aesthetic team
• Represent the brand — in the treatment room, at events, and on social if that interests you

What we're looking for

• MD/DO, board-certified or board-eligible in dermatology
• Active, unrestricted Florida medical license and DEA
• Hands-on experience across the full aesthetic menu, not just one or two modalities
• A magnetic communicator — someone who can explain options clearly, build trust fast, and turn consults into long-term patients
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus — a large share of our patients prefer to be seen in Spanish
• High energy, polished presence, and a real interest in growing with a practice
