Qualifications

• Master's Degree required.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of South Carolina.
• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical mental health setting. 3-5 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of individuals with mental illness, behavioral disturbances, or substance use disorders.
• Assist law enforcement, families, and others with admission processes (voluntary and involuntary).
• Coordinate discharge planning with medical staff and community resources.
• Serve as a multidisciplinary team member and participate in community relations.
• Engage in continuous performance improvement activities.
• Communicate with outpatient referral sources, families/guardians, and outpatient aftercare providers.
