Transitions Counseling and Consulting in Arizona is seeking a mental health therapist/counselor to provide group and individual therapy for adolescents and adults. The role focuses on leading group therapy for adolescents 2-3 days per week with after-school and early-evening hours, while collaborating to ensure evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Arizona as an LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Provide current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
• Continuously maintain active CPR and first aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide group and individual therapy to teens and adults using evidence-based practices.
• Lead and collaborate with a team to ensure the best client outcomes.
• Mentor advanced graduate interns.
• Lead our group therapy programs 2-3 days a week (after school and early evening hours).
• Attend in-person at the designated office location as scheduled.
