HMR Veteran's Services, LLC in Alabama is seeking a skilled Nursing Home Administrator to lead daily operations at a VA facility. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards while delivering high-quality resident care and efficient facility management.

Ideal candidates hold a current Nursing Home Administrator license, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and at least three years of health care administration experience, with prior LTC leadership preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
• Three (3) years’ experience in health care administration, or a combination of experience, education and training which would provide knowledge required by this position.
• Experience as Licensed Administrator in a Skilled Nursing/Longterm Care nursing home.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license or meet the licensure requirements of this State.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day‑to‑day functions of the VA facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long‑term care facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to residents at all times.
