Job summary

C3 Wellness Spa | Raleigh Stanhope seeks a compassionate, highly skilled Licensed Acupuncturist to join our multidisciplinary wellness team on a full-time, on-site basis.

The practitioner will conduct consultations, formulate individualized care plans, administer acupuncture and adjunct therapies, and maintain meticulous documentation including SOAP notes for insurance credentialing and reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must hold NC license to practice acupuncture.
• Completion of an accredited acupuncture program is required.
• Strong knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and their clinical application.
• Proficient in acupuncture assessment, treatment planning, and safe delivery.
• Experience with SOAP notes and clinical documentation.
• Familiarity with insurance credentialing and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform acupuncture treatments following state licensure and spa protocols.
• Conduct initial consultations and ongoing client assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on goals, history, and presentation.
• Provide acupuncture and adjunct therapies for pain, stress, recovery, and general wellness.
• Maintain accurate client records and SOAP notes for insurance billing and credentialing.
• Collaborate with therapists and medical staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate clients on treatments, self-care, and wellness practices.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, sanitation, and safety standards.
