Job summary

Air Methods in Wichita, KS seeks a licensed A&P Mechanic with PC-12/Turboprop experience to maintain, repair, inspect, and alter aircraft in compliance with FARs and company policies. Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete per manuals and regulations.

You will participate in continuous safety improvements, manage parts and tools, and communicate effectively with pilots and maintenance teams. Regular travel (25–50%) may be required, with on-call availability as needed.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P license; good standing.
• 2–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with Ramco ERP system preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret 337s, Service Bulletins, ADs, and similar docs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and repairs per FARs, ADs, SBs, and procedures.
• Verify part numbers/serials against documentation.
• Maintain aircraft maintenance records per regulations and manuals.
• Contribute to SMS and safety improvements as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and support inventory control.
• Advise PIC of issues affecting aircraft or return to service.
