Job summary

Cavalier Healthcare of Trussville LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders, individualized care plans, and facility policies. This role emphasizes health, safety, dignity, and well-being of each resident.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents, administering medications, documenting care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Should work well in a team environment.
• Current LPN License in the State of Alabama.
• Long Term Care / Rehab experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Position Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders, individualized care plans, accepted standards of nursing practice, facility policies, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The Licensed Practical Nurse promotes quality resident care while supporting the health, safety, dignity, and well-being of each resident.
