• Assist in orientation and supervise nursing staff
• Conduct resident assessments and care
• Supervise nursing personnel in care delivery
• Formulate and adjust care plans as needed
• Assist physicians during rounds and communicate effectively
• Train and supervise nursing staff
• Handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
• Prepare daily duties and treatments
