Job summary

YAI in New York is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to play a vital role in providing medical care. Responsibilities include assisting with medical insight, training staff, and participating in care assessments.

The role requires an active NYS LPN License and offers an annual salary of up to $60,000. You will work Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 6 PM, within a supportive team environment.

Job description

Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Assist in providing medical insight
• Work in an increasingly autonomous role
• Participate in the assessment, planning, and implementation of medical care
• Provide oversight and training of direct care staff in monitoring the medical systems
• Participate in team meetings and provide medically related in‑services to program staff
