Carlin Springs Health and Rehab. in Arlington, VA is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our clinical team. We offer Full Time and Part Time Day (7a–3p), Evening (3p–11p), and Night (11p–7a) shifts with competitive hourly pay and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards and orders.
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all policies and procedures.
• Document patient history, vitals and condition for care planning.

Shift Availability

We offer Full Time/Part-Time Day (7a–3p), Evening (3p–11p), and Night (11p–7a) shifts. Available schedules may vary based on current facility needs.

Rate of pay: $31.50 to $36.52 (plus Shift Diffs as applicable)

Sign-on Bonus up to $7,500 for Full-Time & up to $3,750 for Part-Time (limited time!)

What You’ll Do:

Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams

• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being

• Assist with resident comfort.

• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.

• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.

• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.

• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in Virginia

• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
