Job summary

Carlin Springs Health & Rehabilitation in Arlington, VA is seeking compassionate LPNs for multiple shifts (Day, Evening, Night) with Full‑Time, Part‑Time and PRN options.

Competitive pay ranging from $31.50 to $36.52 per hour plus shift differentials, plus sign‑on bonuses up to $7,500 for Full‑Time and up to $3,750 for Part‑Time. Access to daily pay and comprehensive benefits are offered to qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Virginia.
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
• Prior LTC or SNF experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Positive attitude, reliability, strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards of practice, physician orders, center policies, procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care.
• Maintain confidentiality, follow all policies, procedures, and federal, state, local requirements.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition (heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, respiration).
• Help coach staff as necessary.

Shift Availability

We offer Full Time/Part-Time Day (7a–3p), Evening (3p–11p), and Night (11p–7a) shifts. Available schedules may vary based on current facility needs.

Rate of pay: $31.50 to $36.52 (plus shift differentials as applicable).

Sign-on bonus up to $7,500 for Full‑Time and up to $3,750 for Part‑Time (limited time).

Salary/Wage range: Compensation will depend on candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside the range shown.
