Aspire Indiana Health is seeking a License Eligible Therapist - Addictions to deliver outpatient therapy for individuals with substance use disorders. You will facilitate group and individual sessions using a strengths-based recovery approach and work with a multidisciplinary team to integrate care with primary providers.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a mental health field, a temporary license or current Indiana licensure paths (LSW/LMHCA/LMFTA preferred), and 2+ years of relevant

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field accredited by the US Department of Education required
• Minimum two (2) years experience in related field required
• Community Mental Health experience highly preferred
• Must have excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills; knowledge of substance use disorders treatment
• Knowledge of social service systems, community resources, legal systems, and child welfare systems highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Facilitate addiction and dual diagnosis groups and individual/family therapy in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including behavioral health professionals and primary care providers to deliver integrated care.
• Support clients in achieving identified goals through strengths-based recovery approaches.
