The Part-Time: Library Technician provides customer service to library users, including general circulation assistance, planning and preparation of reserve materials, interlibrary loans, and account management at the Kiefer Library Circulation Desk, in the Greeley Learning Commons.

Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows OS.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Experience with spreadsheets (Excel/Smartsheet/Google Sheets).
• Familiar with Slack, Zoom or similar platforms.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and handle interruptions.
• Proficient with basic office equipment and productivity software.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented with data management and confidentiality.

Mansioni

• Provide circulation services and check-out/check-in for library users.
• Manage user accounts and communicate with students, staff and faculty.
• Assist patrons with basic technology and equipment.
• Process interlibrary loan requests and library materials.
• Send billing notices, manage inventory, displays, and shelving.
• Assist with programming and events in the Learning Commons.
