Job summary

805 DEPARTMENT OF REHABILITATION SERVICES is seeking a Library Technician at the Oklahoma City campus. The role supports library and archival activities, including cataloging, basic reference, and information retrieval for the agency.

Position includes data entry into the KLAS system, order processing for TVIs, and warehouse duties such as pulling and shipping textbooks while maintaining inventory. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Level I requires 1 year of clerical or library experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Level II requires 2 years of clerical or library work or 60 college credits with 6 library courses.

Responsibilities

• Data entry into the KLAS database and processing orders from TVIs.
• Warehouse tasks including pulling and shipping equipment and textbooks.
• Maintain inventory and assist with collection weeding.
• Create required reports in Excel and coordinate with school districts via email/phone.
