Job summary

Qualifications

• High school plus 4 years experience. Additional education may substitute on a year for year basis.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Helps maintain electronic journal listings in Docline.
• Assists patrons at reference desk.
• Processes paperwork for journal subscriptions. Monitors and processes all changes to serials. Claim journals not received.
• Monitors specialized equipment for issues and reports them; troubleshoots as needed.
• Retrieves mail and delivers to appropriate parties. Prepares outgoing mail.
• Occasional duties as backup to ILL Department and other library tasks.
