Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; paraprofessional certification required (can be obtained after employment).
• Prefer coursework or experience in library settings and ability to assist with cataloging and record-keeping.
• Experience working with students and clerical tasks is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist librarian in the administration of the campus library and perform routine clerical tasks under supervision.
• Provide instruction and assistance with library resources and shelving; ready materials for classroom use.
• Maintain files, prepare reports, and assist with annual inventory and weeding of materials.
