Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to four years of related experience and/or training in building maintenance.
• Degree from Mechanical Trade School or equivalent.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Performing repairs on building components such as windows, doors, walls, and structural elements.
• Installing new equipment and systems per manuals.
• Using hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Maintaining records of maintenance activities using CMMS.
