Job summary

The role supports the library's operations by managing magazines/newspapers, processing deliveries, pulling holds, and helping customers at front desks. You should be energetic, organized, tech-savvy, and a team player.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and keep items in order.
• Able to locate and track library materials confidently.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn new software and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Move materials to the branch floor; ensure shelves are clean and items easy to find.
• Manage magazines and newspapers, entering them into the system and displaying them.
• Process daily deliveries and trace items to their location.
• Answer phones or drive-thru, explain basic knowledge of library operations.
