Job summary

Richland Library in Columbia, SC seeks a Full-Time Evaluation and Impact Manager at our Main location to lead evaluation strategies across library services and programs.

You will design frameworks, conduct end-to-end evaluations, analyze data, and present findings to inform leadership decisions. The role requires strong communication, project management, and collaboration with administration and grant teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Program Measurement & Evaluation or related discipline.
• Three years of directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid South Carolina driver's license may be required and ability to drive library vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develops evaluation frameworks to assess impact of library services and programs.
• Conducts end-to-end evaluations including stakeholder engagement and data collection.
• Provides strategic recommendations based on findings to inform leadership decisions.
