Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Library Science from an ALA-accredited program.
• 7 years of related work experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lake Bluff Public Library as Director.
• Oversee ongoing asbestos abatement and the library's strategic plan.
• Manage budget, staffing, and capital needs to ensure long-term financial stability.
