Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, statistics, or related field with three years of relevant experience, or five years in data analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with high attention to data quality.
• Ability to work with some ambiguity while solving data problems.

Responsibilities

• Performs hands-on data research on bibliographic and system log data; investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves data quality issues.
• Develops effective dashboards including KPIs/metrics for visual analysis.
• Analyzes existing dashboards for performance tuning and process improvements.
• Provides input for data science and machine learning projects.
• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information.
