Job summary

The East Moline Public Library is seeking a reliable part-time custodian and maintenance staff member to clean the facility, perform routine maintenance, and help with repairs to the building and grounds.

Shifts are Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 10 AM. Benefits include vacation and sick leave, twelve paid holidays, IMRF pension, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize library spaces daily and maintain a tidy, safe environment.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to building systems and equipment.
• Maintain library grounds and exterior areas, ensuring a welcoming campus.

Job description

The East Moline Public Library is looking for a reliable and dedicated individual to fill our Part-time custodial and maintenance position.

This person will be responsible for cleaning the entire library, maintenance, and repairs to the library building and grounds.

They will be scheduled Monday-Friday, 6AM-10AM.

Benefits include vacation, sick, and bonus leave; twelve paid holidays; IMRF pension.
