Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Library Science, Liberal Arts, Social Science, Information Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field plus three years of library or related experience.
• Relevant education/experience may be substituted as allowed by the department head.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned service area within a library and develops, presents, and coordinates services for all members of the public.
• Serves as supervisor in charge of the library as assigned and manages staff performance and scheduling.
• Develops and presents educational programs and services, including early literacy, youth programs, and computer/technology instruction in person or virtually.
