Responsibilities

• Read a Delegation system you didn't build and improve it anyway
• Read Civic Solutions Group's general signals and reprioritize without being asked
• Leave every general system a little better than you found it
• Find the quick-to-ship workaround when the official path is blocked
• Surface risks early, loudly, and with a proposed fix attached
