We seek a librarian with experience in integrated cataloging and metadata (RDA, LCSH, MARC), library systems (e.g., ExLibrisAlma/Primo), and a passion for using technology to enhance access and learning. The ideal candidate is excited to manage and improve backend systems, support front-end customization (LibGuides, widgets, Canvas integrations), and collaborate with instructionalfaculty onall aspects of library services, including Open Educational Resources (OER) and emerging technologies.

This 12-month faculty position includes responsibility for departmental and faculty functions including:

  • cataloging;
  • technical services;
  • systems administration;
  • electronic resource management;
  • direction of paraprofessional employees;
  • reference services;
  • instruction (including teaching credit courses), development and assessment of student learning outcomes;
  • liaison relationships with faculty regarding instruction and collection development & management with 10-15 department liaison areas;
  • collection development (including management & knowledge of open educational resources (OER);
  • library promotion or outreach;
