DP World is seeking a proactive Liaison to engage with customer personnel, understand concerns, and jointly apportion responsibility to the appropriate parties.

You will respond to and review all customer concerns for each department at the customer facility, assist in containment, and participate in problem-solving teams. The role emphasizes timely reporting and coordination with syncreon personnel.

Competenze

• High School diploma required; college preferred or related training/development.
• Experience in supplier/production environment with inventory control background and knowledge of JIT is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills for coordinating multiple responsibilities.

Your Key Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma; college preferred (or other related training/development).
• Related experience in a supplier related and/or production environment with a background in inventory control preferred. With a solid understanding of JIT practices.
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)
• Above average interpersonal, organizational and communication skills – written and oral to deal with a wide range of customers – both internal and external, with experience in coordinating multiple responsibilities.
