Job summary

Analytix Solutions, a well-established South Florida firm, seeks a Liability Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our technology-driven practice serving association clients.

You will draft pleadings, handle discovery, argue motions, participate in mediations and trials, and work closely with condo and HOA clients. Florida Bar in good standing required; HOA/Condo experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Experience in condominium or homeowners association law preferred.
