Job summary

Boyd Richards Parker & Colonnelli, P.L. in West Palm Beach seeks an experienced litigation associate focused on community association and employment practices liability matters to join our civil litigation team.

You will manage cases from inception through post-trial, attend conferences, prepare pleadings and discovery, and communicate with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel, while developing case strategies and timely status reports.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor; admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
• Admission to the U.S. District Courts (Southern and/or Middle District of Florida) expected for EPL candidates, preferred otherwise.
• 3+ years litigating community association and/or employment practices liability matters.
• Large firm or specialized boutique experience; prior trial experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Aderant Expert Sierra, iTimekeep, and NetDocuments a plus.
• Compensation & Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience; medical, dental, and vision insurance; retirement plan; professional development support. Approx. 2,000 billable hours expected annually.
