You will handle complex litigation and appellate matters for diverse clients, including insurers. The role involves case management and direct communication with clients. Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.

Responsibilities

• Defend insurers and insureds in property and liability matters.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings and key discovery materials.
• Prepare for mediations and trial.
• Research coverage issues and draft coverage opinions.
• Communicate with insurers and opposing counsel.
• Coordinate with partners and mentor junior attorneys.
