The Liability Claims Superviso is responsible for overseeing a team of claims professionals handling liability and casualty claims, including Bodily Injury (BI), Commercial General Liability (CGL), transportation liability, and other property and casualty exposures. This role ensures claims are handled in accordance with company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a high level of service and operational performance.
The role provides technical guidance, coaching, and leadership to claims staff while supporting effective claim resolution, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction.
