Job summary

Morgan & Morgan seeks an experienced, detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join the Torts team in Georgia. As an associate you will support our attorneys before, during, and after trials. This is an entry level position with training involved.

You will provide legal support, maintain client relationships, and prepare reports while interacting with expert witnesses and attending depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Strong writing and advocacy skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Georgia State Bar Association.
• 1+ years of Litigation experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in Personal Injury and Liability Law.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and trial attorneys.

• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers

• 1+ years of Litigation experience (preferred).
