AssuranceAmerica Managing General Insurance Agency, LLC in Miami invites you to join as Liability Adjuster I to manage a portfolio of auto liability claims from first notice of loss through resolution, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will investigate auto accidents by gathering facts, interview insureds and witnesses, evaluate coverage and damages, make sound decisions, negotiate fair settlements, and maintain accurate reserves and documentation while communicating clearly

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of automobile claims handling experience.
• Communicate confidently with customers and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Investigation and negotiation of auto liability claims.
• Interview insureds, claimants, witnesses, and other involved parties.
• Evaluate coverage, liability, damages, and potential injury exposure.
• Make sound claim decisions based on policy language and the facts of each loss.
• Negotiate fair and timely claim settlements.
• Manage claim reserves and maintain accurate claim documentation.
• Identify complex claim issues and collaborate with internal partners when needed.
• Deliver clear, timely communication that builds trust with customers.
• Balance quality, productivity, and customer service while managing an active caseload.
• Continue developing your claims expertise through coaching, training, and ongoing professional development.
