Lia Toyota Northampton - Cashier/Receptionist

Salary: $16-$18/hour based on experience

Requirements

• Organized and ambitious self-starter
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of dealership procedures preferred
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Computer literacy
• Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
• Professional personal appearance & positive attitude
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license

Key Responsibilities

• Taking payments from service and parts customers
• Closing repair orders and parts tickets in the accounting system
• Compiling and balancing daily parts and service deposits
• Receipting customer deposits for sales department
• Answering service phones
• Making service appointments
• Assisting service customers as needed
• Automotive experience is helpful but training will be provided for the right candidate
