Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults preferred.
• Ability & willingness to work weekends, holidays, overnight shifts and flexible schedules as required.

Aufgaben

• Provide a safe, homelike environment for residents.
• Complete hourly site walk-throughs to ensure security.
• Provide individual and group support to residents as needed.
• Facilitate groups or activities and supervise meals when required.
• Document daily services and maintain client records.
