Job summary

Lexus of Riverside is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair customer and dealership vehicles, completing repair orders efficiently according to manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• ASE certification maintained as required.
• Maintain Lexus Commitment to Perfection Certification status.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and wear protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with service advisors and dispatch to clearly articulate customer concerns.
• Ensure repairs and maintenance are completed on time per customer request.
• Perform automotive repairs following multi-point inspection forms and battery tests.
• Keep workshop clean and presentable through light custodial tasks.
• Meet or exceed Repair Quality Index and Delivery Quality Index goals.
• Adhere to Warranty policies and proper documentation.
