Job summary

Rymco LLC in Lexington, KY is seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Manager to lead our Cricket Wireless store team. You will drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and model leadership across daily operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service and sales, 1+ year in management, and is available for retail hours Monday–Saturday 9 AM–8 PM and Sunday 12 PM–5 PM. We offer hourly pay with commissions, health benefits, and paid training.

• 1+ year of management experience (preferred).
• English language proficiency required.

Earn up to $20/hour base + commissions (up to $27/hour) + up to $1,500/month in store performance bonuses.
