Job summary

Rymco LLC, an authorized retailer for Cricket Wireless, is seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Manager to lead our store team in Merrillville, Indiana. The role focuses on driving sales, training staff, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will earn base pay with commissions (up to $27/hour) and monthly performance bonuses, with full-time hours Mon-Sat 9 AM–8 PM and Sunday 12 PM–5 PM. Excellent benefits and opportunities for growth offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (Required)
• 2+ years of sales experience (Required)
• 1+ year of management experience (Preferred)
• Language English (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Ability to work retail hours: Monday–Saturday 9 AM–8 PM
• Sunday 12 PM–5 PM (hours subject to change)
