Rymco LLC (Authorized Retailer for Cricket Wireless) in Murfreesboro, TN, is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead our store team and drive sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will coach staff, execute promotions, maintain visual standards, and ensure policy compliance while delivering outstanding customer service. Base pay is hourly with commissions and up to $1,500 monthly bonuses; weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 1+ year of management experience (preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to work retail hours: Monday–Saturday 9 AM–8 PM
• Sunday 12 PM–5 PM (hours subject to change)
