Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of a major real estate developer, is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper for our upscale community at Homecoming at Kiley Ranch. Your responsibilities will include:

• Property and grounds cleaning
• Custodial/janitorial duties and light painting projects
• Community walk-throughs to maintain attractiveness and safety
• Providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors
• Additional duties as needed
