Position Details

Location: Reno, NV

Pay Range: $18.00/hr (base pay)

Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of a major real estate developer, is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper for Harvest at Damonte Ranch, an upscale apartment community in Reno.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property and grounds cleanliness
• Perform custodial, janitorial, and light painting duties
• Walk the community to ensure grounds are attractive and safe
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors
• Assist with additional duties as needed

Schedule and Benefits

Days off are Friday and Saturday. This full-time position offers an $18/hour wage, annual bonuses, potential raises, various health benefits, uniforms, training, and career advancement opportunities. Many Groundskeepers progress to roles such as Apartment Maintenance Technicians.
