Qualifications

• Experience in or supporting Leveraged Finance within CIB is preferred.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and roadmaps.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative, and capable of delivering clear narratives to executives.

Responsibilities

• Support development and tracking of Leveraged Finance strategy.
• Coordinate with BM, sector heads, and control functions for aligned execution.
• Monitor and forecast financial performance, headcount, and key metrics.
• Deliver executive-level reporting, insights, and risk indicators.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and ensure governance across initiatives.
