Conserva Irrigation Of Traverse Mountain is hiring a Level Two Technician to diagnose and repair irrigation systems both residential and commercial. You will work with a Sales Technician to assess systems using SES and CSA processes and to install smart controllers and sensors in outdoor environments.

The role emphasizes independent work, consistent high-quality workmanship, and a clear path to advancement within the Conserva network. Competitive hourly pay accompanies performance bonuses.

As a Level Two Technician, you will work independently and alongside a Sales Technician to assess residential and commercial irrigation systems using our proven SES® and CSA® processes while diagnosing and repairing system issues

Level Two Technician Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair irrigation valves and manifolds
• Install smart irrigation controllers and advanced irrigation technology
• Enhance and expand existing irrigation systems
• Install drip and micro irrigation systems
• Install high tech sensors and flow sensing equipment
• Diagnose irrigation system problems and implement effective repairs
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
• Work independently, yet be part of a team working directly with a Sales Technician
• Assess residential irrigation systems through our proven SES® sales process
• Assess commercial irrigation systems through our proven CSA® sales process
• Advance to a Sales Technician role where you can finally put away your shovel for good

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
