Job summary

Conserva Irrigation is seeking a Level Two Technician to join our team. You will troubleshoot, repair, and enhance irrigation systems, install smart controllers, and sensor equipment while advancing through on-the-job learning.

You will receive a base salary with performance bonuses; a company vehicle and tools are provided, along with benefits. This role offers year-round work and opportunities to grow into higher technician levels.

As a Conserva Irrigation Level Two Technician you are a self-starter who has been in the industry and has already developed a professional approach to irrigation. You will be primarily responsible for Level Two repairs such as troubleshooting, enhancing existing systems to make them more efficient, installing smart irrigation controllers and associated flow sensing equipment and will have tons of opportunity to learn and excel on the job.

• Base Salary plus weekly performance bonus opportunities available for qualified individuals
• $60,000-$67,000 compensation structure based on revenue projections
• Year-round minimum base weekly salary of $700-$800. No seasonal layoff.

Level Two Technician Responsibilities

• Valve and manifold repair and rebuilding

• Adding on to existing systems

LEARNING ON THE JOB

• Work independently, yet be part of a team working directly with a Sales Technician
• Assess residential irrigation systems through our proven SES® sales process
• Assess commercial irrigation systems through our proven CSA® sales process
• Advance to a Sales Technician role where you can finally put away your shovel for good

Compensation: $60,000.00 per year
