Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed, in accordance with state guidelines and company policy.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and medication administration.
• Provide companionship and support to clients in their homes.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and supervisors.

SCHEDULE:

Mondays; 1:00pm - 5:00pm and Tuesday- Friday; 4:00pm - 9:00pm

Monday - Friday; 6:30am - 8:15am
