Qualifications

• Current Level One Medication Aide certification required.
• CNA or caregiving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safe medication administration practices.
• Reliable transportation and EVV device access.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed, in accordance with state guidelines and company policy.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and medication administration.
• Provide companionship and support to clients in their homes.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and supervisors.
