Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved professional nursing program.
• Endorsement in MO or eligibility to take the licensing exam.
• New graduates encouraged to apply; no experience required.
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for neonatal patients using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies and advocate for patients and families.
• Document patient status, changes, and interventions; apply evidence-based practice.
