Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (less than 3 years' experience) or equivalent.
• Current RN licensure and relevant certifications.
• Minimum six months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level nursing care based on the nursing process and standards.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Support ongoing education and competency validation for clinical staff.
• Adhere to practice standards such as AWHONN and AACN guidelines, including certifications like RNC-OB, C-EFM, NRP, and CCRN.
