Always Best Care Senior Services in Napa & Solano County is seeking experienced Level III caregivers to provide hands-on personal care and mobility support for seniors in their homes. The role emphasizes safety, dignity, and individualized care aligned with each client’s plan.

Candidates should demonstrate dementia care familiarity, reliable documentation, and strong communication with families and the scheduling team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence support with dignity.
• Safe mobility and transfer skills using gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and transfer equipment per care plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive home care that keeps seniors safe, comfortable, and respected.
• Prepare meals, provide medication reminders per care plan, assist with light housekeeping and companionship.
• Notice needs, offer choices, encourage participation, and take initiative while respecting client preferences.
• Maintain accurate shift notes detailing care provided and client response.
• Communicate promptly with scheduling for any concerns or changes in condition.
